🇬🇧 Lesson Summary

There is a widely shared belief that the mid frequencies are king. But for me, the low end is just as important. A well-balanced low end can bring power, fullness, excitement, and energy to a song like no other.

Proper handling of the low end is essential.

• It can elevate a song from good to great.
• Neglecting the low end or not giving it enough attention can lead to a lackluster and weak mix.
• The low end is responsible for establishing a solid foundation for a song.
• It's what makes you tap your foot, nod your head, or feel the groove.
• If you get it right, mixing everything else becomes so much easier!
